Ongoing Research Areas:
1. Semiconductor process-based nano/micro fabrication and structure development
2. AI-based wearable strain/pressure sensor development for motion monitoring/healthcare/VR&AR metaverse applications
3. Nanostructure-based SERS sensor for plant/food monitoring
4. Various free-topic research including next-generation energy devices (thermoelectric devices, supercapacitors, batteries, etc), soft robots, biosensors, and self-powered sensors
